Nose is youthful and aromatic, full of pure cherry and raspberry fruit. It has fresh acidity to balance the cherry flavour on the palate. It is medium in body but with a mouth-filling fruit feel which carries through on the round, satisfying finish. Aged very briefly in oak to round the tannins. Molino Loco = crazy windmill, because it turns only in calm weather!
