Screwcap closure. From a single vineyard in the Salento peninsula. Maceration carbonique (i.e. same as Beaujolais) produces a deep colour, plummy, chocolately fruit on the nose, nice flesh on the palate and the telltale grip of good Negroamaro. Will age well.

Screwcap closure. Fermented very cold using its own wild yeast. Plenty of ripe raspberry aromas with touches of toasty oak. Palate is full bodied with ripe, blackberry, blueberry & raspberry fruit flavours & a hint of sweet, toasted oak (80% French and 20% American barrels). The finish is soft and long with elegant, rounded tannins. Made from bush vines 70 - 100 years old.
