Wine

Carignan, 2012
Baron de Badassiere

Per item: £8.25

Bright red in colour with deep purple hints. The nose is aromatic & lifted, with cassis, plum & herbs giving way to spice & a touch of game. The palate is medium to full with attractive berry fruit intensity, fresh acidity & firm but smooth tannins that give this structure for a couple of year's ageing if required. Really nice feel to it. Unoaked.
