Clear and bright orange-brown. Quite rich, nutty nose with hints of raisins. Off-dry, rich palate with nutty flavours and a long, fruit finish. Aged 10 years in oak - 5 years in barrique, 5 years in larger oak barrels.

Amber/honey colour, it shows excellent fruit on the palate, tropical fruits especially pineapple, but at the same time has a long dry finish, typical of the house style you find at La Rosa. Great as an aperitif, or serve as a longer drink with Tonic (portonic) as they do in the Douro along with the roasted almonds!
