Full, rich spiced black fruit flavours blend with soft tannins and acidity to give a well balanced wine. Good complex texture adds structure. Drinking really nicely now but will cellar for another 5 years.

Garnet in colour with a delicate nose of black plums & raspberries with touches of tobacco & a hint of leather. On the palate this wine is fine & fruit-driven with well-integrated tannins which give wonderful balance & elegance on the long-lasting finish. Each grape variety was fermented separately. Once blended, the wine was aged in French oak barrels (30-40% new) for a period of 12 months.
