Welcome to the Cooden Cellars Wine Club which you can join by registering to be a member.

For as little as £20 per month, you will enjoy the following benefits and special services as a minimum:

regular news and notification of information on new lines and forthcoming events
Special discounts on wines and events
4 Club Special Selection Standard Mixed Cases of wine, each one selected by us and delivered free of charge, one every quarter, worth over £65, ie over £5 on average per bottle, representing a discount of over 10%.

News

As a club member you will receive regular email notification of news and forthcoming events so that you can keep up-to-date with happenings in the wine world and here at Cooden Cellars. In order to keep things simple each email will contain a number of items that will link to fuller details elsewhere.

Discounts

Club members will automatically qualify for special discount rates on all orders made online from the main catalogue via the shopping basket. For example, the normal case discount rate for orders of 12 bottles or more is 5%, but Club members will receive 7.5%

Exclusive wines

From time to time we have parcels of exclusive wines that are of limited availability. Whilst we will list these in our catalogue, many will not be obtainable on line – but only through personal visit. However, as a club member, you will be notified as soon as these wines arrive and will be given exclusive access to them while stocks last.

Club Special Selection Mixed Case options

Club members can choose to upgrade their membership quarterly Special Selection Mixed Case in the following ways:

Club Upgrade 1: Pay £35 (instead of £20) per month and every quarter we'll deliver a case of wine worth over £120, ie £10 average price per bottle. Represents a 12.5% discount.
Club Upgrade 2: Pay £50 (instead of £20) per month and every quarter we'll deliver a case of wine worth £180+ ie £15 average per bottle. Represents a discount in excess of 16.5%.
Club Upgrade 3: Pay us £65 (instead of £20) per month and every quarter we'll deliver a case of wine valued at £240+ ie £20 average per bottle. Represents a discount of 18.75%.

Each case will contain 12 bottles of at least 6 different hand-picked wines chosen by us from around the world, 6 red and 6 white, together with tasting notes on each of the wines. The case will be delivered free of charge to any address in mainland UK. Despatch dates will be approximately on the quarterly anniversaries of your club membership start date.

Special Case offers

Each of the Cooden Cellars Themed or Tasting Cases, will also attract a member discount of 7.5% instead of the normal 5% against the bottle prices shown in the catalogue. Each case will again contain 12 bottles of 12 different hand-picked wines chosen by us on the theme and with the mix shown, together with tasting notes on each of the wines.
