Cooden Cellars, at 14 Grand Hotel Buildings in Compton Street, is run by Colin Barnes and Ian Jarman - who have over 15 years' wine experience between them.

Colin has already been runner-up for both Wine Merchant of the Year 1996 (London Evening Standard) and Australian Wine Merchant of the Year 1995/6 (International Wine Challenge); whilst Ian has obtained the Diploma from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.

They personally taste every wine they sell before it reaches the shelf - whether it's £4 or £40 a bottle - so they believe in offering an unrivalled service - and you won't find their wines in supermarkets or other multiples.

But it's not just there you'll notice a difference. Colin and Ian always keep in stock a wide range of bottle bags, cartons and wooden boxes for those last minute present ideas.

Add to that a selecrtion of wine accessories - corkscrews, decanters, tasting glasses and more.

So what with the free parking, and free tastings on Saturdays, this is the new place for wine lovers to visit.

Both Colin and Ian want to welcome you to Cooden Cellars, so why not go along and see what they have to offer?
