Aval is the old Cornish name for apple. Cornish champagne style cider, light dry and a great compliment to Cornish cheese & shellfish. A lovely, refreshing and very refined drink. Crisp and lively with a fresh apple nose and fine, persistent mousse, it has delicious perfumed fruit, just off dry with balancing acidity. On the palate, it’s soft and creamy; the fruit is elegant with a long, attractive finish.
