Great aperitif, with the delicate fruit and fragrant colour from the raspberries. Recent winner of Taste of the West Gold Medal 2009,and runner up in the National Drinks awards. Aval is the old Cornish name for apple.

'Method Classique', i.e. Traditionelle. beautiful, salmon pink colour with a persistent column of small bubbles. A delicate sparkler, with strawberry impressions coming through on the nose, and on the palate. Aged on its lees for between 9 - 18 months.
