- What products are available?
- All of our wines, spirits and other products are available in our shop. In addition most of these, together with a number of related services, are available online through the links provided on the left-hand side.
- Can Cooden Cellars source particular wines?
- We would be most happy to research, search for and obtain particular wines for you, or put you in touch with a source if that is preferable. You can use the online Ask CC facility, if you wish, or see our contact us page. In some cases a minimum quantity may be required to be ordered to make sourcing viable.
- Can I get advice on what wines to buy for particular occasions etc?
- We pride ourselves in being able to give you the best service possible. This includes taking the time to discuss your needs with you in a friendly and unfussy way and to give you impartial and informative advice, whether in person at the shop, over the phone or via email/the internet. - How can I place an order?

- Is there a minimum order size?
- No. Obviously, the more you order the more cost efficient it becomes for dispatch and delivery.
- How can payments be made?

- Can I return goods?

- Can I send wines as a gift to someone else?
- Of course. See our dispatch and delivery options.
- Where can items be sent to?
- Almost anywhere. Our normal delivery service operates on mainland UK, but we can arrange and quote for other destinations. However, restrictions on the transportation/importation of wine apply in some areas, such as to the United States.
- Will Cooden Cellars give a wine tasting for a group of my friends/colleagues/club members?
- We would be delighted to give a wine talk or tasting to any group of enthusiasts on any level, from an informal/social gathering to a formal professional tasting. See our wine tasting services
